Company
Panterra equips events and runs them technically: it brings lighting, sound, video, truss and staging, rigs them, works the site and takes it down. The company is based in Almaty and works worldwide, with projects in Kazakhstan, the UAE and Pakistan.
How old the company is
The company describes itself as working “since 1999”: that is what its Instagram profile says, and what a 2026 presentation says, with the wording “27 years in equipping and running events”.
At the same time, a 2018 presentation states on its very first page: “PAN TERRA has been established in 2017”.
We do not choose between the two figures and we do not blend them. They most likely refer to different things: the team and the legal entity. The company will confirm the exact wording separately; until then the site carries its own current claim, with the source that disagrees with it next to it.
What the photographs confirm
Our own photo archive covers 2008 to 2015: eight shoots with dates and venues readable from the camera metadata. The project pages are built from them, and each one says exactly what the frames show.
The company counts Astana City Day from 2005 to 2016 among its work. The archive confirms 2008, 2009 and 2010; for the other eight years there are no photographs in the set.
There is not a single frame in the archive after September 2015. What is happening now can be seen at the Colossus venue, where the company is listed as technical partner, and in its own JILT and JAR events.

The company's specialists have worked in eleven countries. The list is taken from the 2018 presentation and is given as it is written there.
We will publish the crew list and the job titles once the company confirms them: different documents record them differently.

Event Arena

A tented arena in the Duman district of Almaty. In the summer of 2015 it held a club festival shot on our own camera, and on 29 November of that year Limp Bizkit played there: the date and the address are confirmed by independent press and by the ticket listing.
Owning the venue means the package, the structure and the show are put together by one crew.
Whether the arena is still working today and what its capacity is are being confirmed with the company.

ColossusA venue in Almaty whose technical side is ours
Panterra is listed as technical partner of the Colossus venue at 17 Kaldayakov Street in Almaty. Both the material of the venue and its Instagram profile say so. The company's own JILT and JAR events run there too.
