01 / Order of work
How we work
- How the conversation starts
- The venue, the date, the format and the guest count. That is enough to name the order of the figure and to say whether the date is open.
- What we send back
- A specification of the package by discipline, the make-up of the rigging crew, and the schedule for build, show and strike.
- What to do about a rider
- Send the technical rider as a file on WhatsApp or Telegram. We will check it item by item and say what our own park covers and what we take separately.
- Whose equipment park it is
- The main items are ours, so subrental does not inflate the quote. What we do not have, we say plainly and add as a separate line.
- Paperwork and payment
