A shoot of a city celebration in Astana. The frames show three different structures: a floating stage on the water with a cantilevered roof and a full orchestra, a multi-level ring stage with LED and pixel arrays built into it, and an outdoor stage with a lit arch and stair units.
An archive page. We show what the photographs recorded, and we do not claim a scope of work that the sources do not support.
01 / What the frames show
The stage on the water carries a cantilevered roof: there are no posts in front of the orchestra, and the whole structure is held from behind. The ring stage is built in several tiers, with the LED set into the structure rather than flown beside it. The third stage stands on a city square and works in the evening.

02 / Why this is one project
All three structures were shot in the same week at different points around the city. For a city celebration that is the usual arrangement: several stages run in parallel and are built back to back.
